A research assistance in Human Resource Management & Communication can be filled at the International Private University College Bad Vöslau (IUC) from July 2024. The focus is on the academic education and professionalisation of people who want to work and conduct research in the field of HR.
The Private University College Bad Vöslau plans to offer the consecutive degree programmes Human Resource Management & Communication (BA) and Human Resources & Leadership (MA).

Your tasks as a research assistant:

  • Support within the study programme in the development and expansion of teaching and research activities
  • Participation in internationalisation activities and networking with practice
  • Independent realisation of research projects
  • Organising courses according to the specifications of the respective college
  • Supervision of final theses
  • Involvement in organisational agendas of the course


The weighting of your field of activity is as follows:


  • 20% teaching / 30% research / 50% administrative tasks

Your qualification

  • Completed relevant diploma or master’s degree (or equivalent) in the field of Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Communication.
  • Very good knowledge of English (company language) (B2+)
  • German language skills desirable, but not essential
  • Relevant professional and/or project experience in HR desirable
  • Knowledge in the field of communication sciences desirable
  • Initial academic expertise
  • Initial teaching experience at universities desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Reliability and willingness to deliver top performance
