The IUC campus is located in the College Garden Hotel, a seminar- and event hotel in the city Bad Vöslau.

The location in the hotel provides students with modern and contemporary study and leisure areas, including outdoor spaces. In addition to the facilities, the hotel offers ideal service and catering infrastructure for students.

As a small town, Bad Vöslau is characterised by its quiet and green location in a lively region, with excellent public transport links to Vienna and other major cities. Students can concentrate undisturbed on their studies, but can quickly and easily take part in numerous leisure activities in the region or Vienna; the most liveable city in the world!

IUC offers its students guaranteed access to suitable student accommodation!

We have modern and bright rooms on campus, which are fully and conveniently furnished. The packages on offer include not only the furnishings, but also all additional costs such as electricity, heating, Wifi, etc. Students thus book a carefree package for their first accommodation during their studies at IUC.

In addition, IUC offers support in finding accommodation near the campus or in Vienna. This includes student residences and apartments from partner companies, as well as own flats.

Due to the wide range of accommodation available in the region, we can provide accommodation for all students. We also provide students with accommodation confirmations for the residence authorities.
